Our school is always trying its best to create an English-rich campus for students to use English inside as well as outside the classroom. To enhance students’ English proficiency, our school adopts a whole-school approach such as having an English Speaking Day every cycle and including English learning environment in its Annual School Plan.
A great variety of EMI activities are being run in junior forms to motivate students to learn and use English, enrich their life experiences through exposure to English environments, and prepare them better for senior form studies.
Students enjoy a wide range of English activities. They get the most from three native English-speaking teachers and local English teachers with the assistance of a big team of enthusiastic English Ambassadors. Students host ‘One Minute English’ in the morning assembly, participate eagerly in lunchtime activities, and have fun in the Inter-class English Drama Competition.
